He specializes in succession planning & retention strategies, utilizing predictive & generative AI to drive both strategic & operational initiatives in HR.
By enhancing workforce planning & boosting employee engagement, Khawaja has successfully implemented data-driven HR practices. He leverages AI-powered analytics to support informed decision-making while fostering an inclusive and high-performance workplace culture.
