Leading Teams Through Uncertainty: Building Resilience, Morale & Performance

In today’s rapidly changing and often unpredictable business environment, managers are facing a dual challenge — delivering results while supporting employees navigating stress, uncertainty, and emotional pressure.

Research consistently shows that employee stress and uncertainty directly impact performance, decision-making, collaboration, and engagement. • Recognize and respond effectively to stress within their teams

  • Communicate with clarity and empathy during challenging situations

  • Maintain performance standards without compromising wellbeing

  • Build resilient, engaged, and high-performing teams

Why This Workshop Matters Now

Studies show that over 70% of employees experience increased stress during periods of uncertainty, directly impacting productivity and engagement

  • Organizations with low psychological safety see reduced innovation, poor communication, and higher error rates

  • Managers account for up to 70% of the variance in team engagement levels (Gallup)

  • Unmanaged stress can result in:

    • Increased absenteeism and presenteeism

    • Decline in performance and decision quality

    • Higher turnover and disengagement

    • Negative impact on team culture and collaboration

Organizations that invest in manager capability during uncertain times outperform those that do not — both in people outcomes and business results.
