Celeste Tang is a results-oriented resilience and mental performance specialist with a strong focus on emotional intelligence, behavioural transformation, and workplace wellbeing. She supports professionals in managing pressure, enhancing self-awareness, and sustaining high performance in demanding corporate environments.
She brings valuable corporate experience across insights, marketing, and client management roles with leading global organisations including NielsenIQ, Treasury Wine Estates, Givaudan, and Rondanini UK. Through these roles, she has worked closely with senior stakeholders, delivered strategic presentations, and contributed to decision-making in fast-paced, high-pressure settings.
Celeste has a proven track record of designing and delivering practical, evidence-based interventions that improve emotional regulation, resilience, and professional effectiveness. Her work integrates positive psychology, coaching methodologies, and real-world business applications to drive meaningful behavioural change across individuals and teams.
Currently based in the region, she works extensively with multicultural and expatriate workforces across sectors such as banking and healthcare. She also plays an active role in supporting young Qatari talent, equipping them with practical tools to manage workplace challenges, build confidence, and perform effectively in professional environments.
Her academic foundation includes a postgraduate qualification in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology, along with a Master’s degree in Economics, enabling her to combine scientific insight with practical, results-driven coaching approaches.
