Emma is an employment lawyer with over 20 years' experience, 18 of these in Qatar. She was promoted to Partner of the firm in May 2018 & manages the em-ployment practice in Qatar. Emma incorporates her extensive knowledge of Qata-ri laws & regulations when advising both Qatari & int'l clients.
Emma leads a team specialising in employment matters in Qatar that advises on the full scope of employment matters, including advising in relation to immigra-tion, negotiating contracts and termination settlements, drafting and advising on policies and procedures, best practice and compliance and Labour Court claims.
