An In-depth, Advanced 6Hr Online Workshop will focus on the QFC Employment Regulations and their practical application, but will also cover the QFC Immigration Regulations.
The workshop is targeted at experienced HR professionals familiar with the QFC Employment Regulations; everyday examples will be discussed throughout the workshop and participants will be encouraged to discuss their own experiences to develop a collaborative session. The session will start with an initial contextual introduction to both the QFC Employment Regulations and the QFC Immigration Regulations however and so those who are new to the QFC and/or Qatar will also benefit from attending this workshop.

Emma leads a team specialising in employment matters in Qatar that advises on the full scope of employment matters, including advising in relation to immigration, negotiating contracts and termination settlements, drafting and advising on policies and procedures, best practice and compliance and Labour Court claims.
